Board Meeting Schedule

MRGCD Board Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month (exceptions for most holidays).

Board Meetings are hybrid events held in-person and virtually. Members of the public may call in to the meetings unless otherwise noted. The Chair will ask individuals on the call to state their name and phone number for the record and whether they intend to address the Board under Items from the Floor. Up to three (3) minutes will be provided for each person wishing to speak at that time. Otherwise, members of the public may only listen in and your line will be muted to avoid any disruption.
