The Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD) is accepting applications for the Urban Issues Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee will provide feedback and recommendations to the MRGCD Board on urban rights-of-way and related issues, including recreation and access, cottonwood canopy, land use policies, public safety, trash cleanup, wildfire and vegetation management, levees/drains, rehabilitation projects, budgets, and legislative matters.

The deadline has been extended to Thursday, April 23 at 5:00 P.M. After reviewing the current pool of applicants, the Committee decided to extend the deadline in order to encourage broader geographic representation from across the District.
