Hydrology
THE HYDROLOGY DEPARTMENT IS CHARGED WITH DELIVERING WATER EQUITABLY TO ALL IRRIGATORS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE CONSERVANCY DISTRICT.
In the past decade, the department has been using technology and a scheduling system to conserve water and reduce diversions from the Rio Grande. The Hydrology Department continues work to ensure proper and adequate water deliveries.
