The Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD) has reviewed the existing No. 28 Gate Request Policy (Policy) to better reflect the MRGCD’s responsibilities and public interest.  The No. 28 Gate Request Policy was amended by the Board of Directors on November 9, 2020.
