DELIVERY OF REQUESTED INFORMATION:

The MRGCD Records Specialist will make every effort to promptly comply with requests. Per § 14-2-8, MRGCD reserves the right to a minimum of three (3) days to respond and inform the requestor as to how long a request will take to fulfill. If a request is deemed excessively burdensome, the MRGCD reserves the right for an additional reasonable period of time to comply with the request (§ 14-2-10).

PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING COPIES AND FEES:

If a person requesting inspection would like a copy of a public record, a reasonable fee may be charged. The records custodian may request that applicable fees for copying public records be paid in advance before copies are made. A receipt indicating that the fees have been paid will be provided upon request to the person requesting the copies.
