Click to learn: WHO IS MY ISO?

ISOs are available to schedule water, by phone, between the hours of 7am and 11am, and 4 pm and 6pm, Monday through Saturday. ISOs can be contacted 24 hours a day for emergencies. If a scheduling call is received outside the designated scheduling period, or the ISO is unable to receive a call during the scheduling period, the ISO will return the call no later than the next call-back window.

In case an ISO cannot be reached, irrigators may call the appropriate Irrigation Systems Supervisor, the Irrigation Distribution Manager or the MRGCD General Office for assistance.
