THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE CONSERVANCY DISTRICT (MRGCD) IS HEADQUARTERED IN ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO AND OFFERS IRRIGATION, RIVER FLOOD CONTROL AND RESPONSIBLE WATER CONSERVATION SERVICES TO IRRIGATORS AND FARMERS IN THE MIDDLE AGRICULTURAL REGION OF THE STATE.

The District employs approximately 200 people, skilled in all areas of business, farming, irrigation, geology, hydrology and planning to ensure the Middle Rio Grande basin remains a viable agricultural community within the State of New Mexico.

Along with irrigation and river flood control, the MRGCD also offers ample recreational activities and opportunities.
