MRGCD Social Media Policy

The Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD) Board of Directors requested a revision to the fee schedule for licensing encroachments and infrastructure.

At the September 8, 2025, Board meeting, the Board reviewed staff recommendations to update the Licensing Fee Schedule, as shown in the draft table below. Currently, MRGCD licensing fees cover only 3% of the estimated budget required to maintain MRGCD’s Right-of-Way and Bosque Adjacent infrastructure.

Following review and discussion, the Board voted to adopt the new fee schedule. Resolution No. M-09-08-25-228 was approved, and the updated Licensing Fee Schedule will take effect on September 9, 2025.

Please note: All license applications submitted on or after September 9, 2025, will be subject to the new fee schedule.
